剖宫产术后子宫切口瘢痕妊娠23例临床观察

The clinical observation of 23 cases of cesarean scar pregnancy

目的分析研究剖宫产术后子宫切口瘢痕妊娠临床诊疗措施。方法选取2 0 1 3年3月~2014年7月在我院接收的剖宫产术后子宫切口瘢痕妊娠患者23例,对患者采取相对应的临床诊断与治疗,对其疗效给予分析研究。结果在23例患者当中,9例(39.3%)患者采取甲氨蝶呤联合清宫术保守治疗成功。其余14例(60.7%)采取手术治疗成功。结论剖宫产术后子宫切口瘢痕妊娠要采取及时、准确的诊断,使患者能够得到相对应的治疗,进而使患者生命安全得到保障。
