妇科炎症感染中念珠菌检验方法的效果分析

目的对妇科炎症中最常见的病菌念珠菌不同检验方法的检验效果进行分析,从而为相关医疗机构对念珠菌检验方法的选择提供依据。方法选取我院在2014年1月~2014年10月所收治的妇科炎症患者90例,为了探究不同检验方法的检验效果,对90例患者分别运用染色法、手工法、显色法以及凝结法等四种方法对其自身的念珠菌阳性的状况,并利用一定的统计学手法对不同检测方法的检测结果进行比较。结果在对90例患者检测之后,用手工法检测出念珠菌阳性46例(51%);用染色法检测出念珠菌阳性80例(89%);利用显色法检测出念珠菌阳性71例(79%);利用凝聚法检测出念珠菌75例(83%)。就整体的检测效果来看,检测效果最好的方法是染色法,比手工检测法的有效率高38%,其次检测效果比较好的方法时凝聚法,其比手工检测法的准确率高32%。结论染色法以及凝聚法是妇科炎症中念珠菌检测的最有效的方法 ,相关医疗机构应该加强对其的重视,加强对其的理解以及应用。

Objective To analyze the different test methods the most common pathogen Candida inlfammation of Department of gynaecology in the test results, which provides a basis for selecting the relevant medical institutionsinspection method on Candida albicans. Methods In our hospital in 2014 January to 2014 October, patients with gynecological inlfammation were 90, in order to explore the different inspection method inspection effect, on 90 patients respectively by four methods of staining, manual method, colorimetric method and condensation on its own Candida positive situation, and compared the results detection of different detection methods using statisticaltechniques to certain. Results After the detection of patients with 90 cases, using manual detection of Candida albicans was positive in 46 cases (51%);staining method is used to detect Candida positive in 80 cases (89%);by colorimetric method;test of Candida was positive in 71 cases (79%);the use of coagulation test of Candida in 75 cases (83%). The detection effect of the overall point of view, method of detection is the best effect of dyeing, it than manual detection method of high effective rate 38%, secondly,detection effect is better when the coacervation, than the manual detection method with high accuracy rate of 32%.Conclusion The staining method and condensation method is the most effective in the detection of Candidainlfammation of Department of gynaecology, the relevant medical institutions should strengthen the importance to strengthen its understanding and application.
