胎膜早破的观察与护理

Observation and nursing of premature rupture of membranes

目的对我院胎膜早破现象进行观察,总结其特征及护理要点。方法选择2010年5月~2014年4月我院收治的胎膜早破110例患者作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行分析和观察,经研究观察后对所有的患者进行专业化的护理,最后对其妊娠结局进行探讨。结果胎儿早破110例患者中,共有74例患者自然分娩,33例患者剖宫产分娩,3例患者终止妊娠。结论对胎儿早破患者进行专业化、精细化的护理,并加强相关的临床监测,可以有效减少胎膜早破患者的终止妊娠率,提高患者的分娩率,其护理模式值得在临床实践过程中大力借鉴和推广。

Objective To my courtyard Prom phenomena were observed, to summarize the clinical features and nursing points. Methods 110 cases of premature rupture of membranes in 2010 May to 2014 April in our hospital were premature rupture of the patients as the research object, carries on the analysis and observation of the clinical data of the study patients, nursing care of all professional by observation, finally carries on the discussionon the pregnancy outcome. Results Of 110 cases of premature rupture of fetal patients, a total of 74 patients withspontaneous delivery, 33 cases of patients with cesarean section, 3 cases of termination of pregnancy. Conclusion The nursing of premature rupture of fetal were specialized, refined, and strengthen the clinical monitoring related,can effectively reduce the patients with premature rupture of membranes to terminate pregnancy rate of patients,improve the delivery rate, the nursing mode worth to reference and promotion in clinical practice.
