米非司酮配伍米索前列醇及乳酸依沙吖啶用于中期妊娠引产的疗效观察

Mifepristone and misoprostol and ethacridine lactate for mid term efficacy observation of pregnancy induced labor

目的探讨乳酸依沙吖啶中期妊娠引产同时服用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇(简称米索)的临床引产效果,以缩短引产时间,减轻疼痛,减少引产并发症。方法将176例中期妊娠健康妇女要求引产随机分为两组,对照组未服用米非司酮及米索,观察组顿服米非司酮150 mg,同时羊膜腔内依沙吖啶引产术,20 h后米索50 ug口服,2 h 1次直至胎儿娩出。结果米非司酮米索对宫颈有软化和扩张作用,平均引产时间为29 h^50 min明显少于对照组引产时间44 h^40 min,疼痛程度观察组无痛及轻中度65.2%,重度者33.7%,对照组轻中度疼痛16.6%,重度者81.1%,明显轻于对照组;胎盘粘连发生率观察组10.5%明显低于对照组21%。结论米非司酮米索乳酸依沙吖啶中期妊娠引产的联合应用能明显提高引产的有效性,缩短引产时间,减少引产并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the effects of ethacridine lactate termination of middle pregnancy taking mifepristone and misoprostol and (referred to as misoprostol) clinical effect of induced abortion. Methods Control group not taking mifepristone and misoprostol, mifepristone 150mg observation group meal, at the same time the amniotic cavity Neiyisha acridine induced abortion operation, 20h after oral misoprostol 50ug, 2h at a time until the delivery of fetus. Results Mifepristone misoprostol for cervical softening and dilatation, the average induction time was significantly less than the control group, pain in the observation group was significantly lighter than the control group;the incidence of placenta accreta observation group was significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion The combined application of misoprostol induction of labor in mid pregnancy mifepristone ethacridine lactate can obviously improve the effectiveness of induced labor, shorten delivery time, reduce the occurrence of complications of induced labor.
