应用利普刀治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效观察

The clinical effect of lipu knife for chronic cervicitis is observed

目的研究利普刀治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法在2015年5月~2016年5月,选择146例慢性宫颈炎患者,到医院就诊,进行随机分组,分级别为对照组,观察组,每组当中73例患者。对照组患者,利用微波治疗方法进行治疗,观察组患者,利用利普刀进行治疗。治疗后,比较两组患者的相关手术指标,以及最终的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者手术时间为(6.8±2.4)min,术中出血量为(5.3±2.2)ml,均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者达到97.26%的治疗总有效率,相比于对照组患者的84.93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用利普刀,对慢性宫颈炎进行治疗,能够取得理想的临床疗效。

Objective To study the clinical effect of lipu dao in treating chronic cervicitis.Methods From May 2015 to May 2016,146 patients with chronic cervicitis were selected for the treatment of patients with chronic cervicitis.They were randomly divided into a control group,and 73 patients in each group were observed.Patients in the control group were treated with microwave therapy,and the patients in the observation group were treated with lipu knife.After treatment,the relative surgical indexes of the two groups were compared and the final therapeutic effect was obtained.Results After treatment,the operation time of the observation group was(6.8±2.4) min,and the intraoperative hemorrhagic volume(5.3±2.2) was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment was 97.26%,compared with 84.93% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of lipknife to chronic cervicitis can achieve the ideal clinical curative effect.
