药学指导对糖尿病患者用药依从性的改善作用

Pharmacological guidance for the improvement of drug compliance in diabetic patients

目的分析探讨药学指导对糖尿病患者用药依从性发挥的改善作用。方法选取2015年2月~2016年9月对我院104例糖尿病患者,随机划分为常规组和实验组,每组52例,常规组通过常规方案开展治疗,实验组在常规组基础上另实施药学指导,对比两组患者用药依从性。结果实验组用药依从性好的占84.6%,明显优于常规组的48.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组疾病知晓率为94.2%,明显优于常规组的76.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),结论药学指导能够促进糖尿病患者用药依从性的改善,同时提高其疾病知晓率,应用效果显著。

Objective To explore the improvement of pharmacological guidance for patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods From February 2015 to September 2015 in our hospital 104 cases of diabetic patients,randomly divided into normal group and experimental group,52 cases in each group,conventional group was treated by conventional scheme to carry out,the experimental group based on the implementation of pharmaceutical guidance in the normal group,compared two groups of patients medication compliance.Results The compliance of the experimental group was 84.6%,significantly better than the 48.1% in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Experimental disease awareness was 94.2%,significantly better than 76.9% of the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),Conclusion Pharmaceutical guidance can promote the improvement of the diabetes medication compliance,at the same time improve disease awareness,application effect is remarkable.
