46例不孕不育症治疗中宫腹腔镜联合手术的临床应用研究

Clinical application of laparoscopy in 46 cases of infertility treatment

目的研究不孕不育症治疗中宫腹腔镜联合手术的临床应用效果。方法选取2014年6月~2016年6月期间在我院收治的46例不孕不育症患者,其中行常规治疗者23例归为对照组,另23例患者行宫腹腔镜联合手术治疗归为观察组,观察比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组于对照组治疗的总有效率分别为95.7%、69.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组输卵管通畅率、妊娠率及分娩率均明显高于对照组,恢复时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不孕不育症应用宫腹腔镜联合手术进行治疗效果确切,可改善输卵管通畅性,提高妊娠率及分娩率,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic combined operation in infertility treatment.Methods From June 2014 to June 2014 in our hospital during the period of 46 cases of infertility patients,including 23 cases in control group routine treatment,the other 23 patients palace laparoscopy combined surgical treatment as observation group,compare the treatment effect of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 95.7% and 69.6% respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).The rate of tubal ventilation,pregnancy rate and delivery rate were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group.The recovery time was significantly shorter than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion The combination of laparoscopy combined with laparoscopic surgery can improve the oviduct and improve pregnancy rate and delivery rate.
