Rab35蛋白在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of Rab35 in endometrial carcinoma

目的探讨Rab35蛋白在子宫内膜癌(EC)组织中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法选取108例正常子宫内膜(NE)组织、30例不典型性增生子宫内膜(AHE)组织、143例子宫内膜癌组织,采用免疫组化SP法检测Rab35在这三种组织中的表达,并分析Rab35的表达与EC患者临床病理特征及预后的关系。结果Rab35在NE、AHE、EC组织中均有表达,分别为55.6%(60/108)、70.0%(21/30)和71.3%(102/143),且EC组织中的表达显著高于NE组织(P <0.05)。Rab35蛋白的表达与深肌层浸润、FIGO分期晚、组织学分级差有关(P <0.05)。Rab35阳性表达与阴性表达患者的总生存时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Rab35蛋白可能在EC发生、发展中起促进作用,其表达可能与EC的不良预后有关。

Objective To investigate the expression and its clinical significance of Rab35 in endometrial carcinoma(EC)tissues.Methods We selected 108 specimens of normal endometrial(NE)tissues,30 specimens of atypical hyperplasia of endometrial(AHE)tissues and 143 specimens of endometrial carcinoma(EC)tissues.The expression of Rab35 in these specimens by using immunohistochemical method and its relationship with clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of EC patients were analyzed.Results Rab35 was expressed in NE,AHE and EC tissues,and the positive expression rate of Rab35 was gradually increased,55.6%(60/108)v.s.70.0%(21/30)v.s.71.3%(102/143),respectively.The positive expression rate of Rab35 in EC tissues was significantly higher than that in NE tissues(P<0.05).The expression of Rab35 protein was associated with deep myometrial invasion,advanced stages and poor histological grade in EC tissues(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in overall survival(OS)between Rab35 positive and negative expression patients(P>0.05).Conclusions Rab35 may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and development of EC.Rab35 expression may be associated with poor prognosis of EC.
