新生化颗粒联合透明质酸钠对宫腔粘连患者的疗效及血清TIMP-1、PDGF、MMP-9的影响

Curative efficacy of Xinshenghua Granules combined with sodium hyaluronate in treatment of intrauterine adhesions and effects on serum TIMP-1, PDGF and MMP-9 levels

目的探讨新生化颗粒联合透明质酸钠对宫腔粘连患者术后的疗效及血清基质金属蛋白酶抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)、血小板源性生长因子(PDGF)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的影响。方法将2017年2月至2018年2月安徽医科大学第二附属医院接诊的68例宫腔粘连患者,通过随机数表法分为观察组38例,对照组30例。对照组术后给予常规治疗,观察组联合新生化颗粒治疗,均连续用药3个月经周期。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组临床疗效总有效率明显比对照组高(P <0.05);观察组血清TIMP-1、PDGF明显比对照组低、血清MMP-9明显比对照组高(P <0.05);观察组子宫动脉血流阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)明显低于对照组,子宫内膜厚度明显比对照组厚(P <0.05)。结论在宫腔粘连患者中使用新生化颗粒联合透明质酸钠效果显著。

Objective To study the curative efficacy of Xinshenghua Granules combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of intrauterine adhesions and the effects on serum Matrix metalloproteinase inhibitor-1(TIMP-1),Platelet derived growth factor(PDGF)and Matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9).Methods 68 patients of intrauterine adhesions who received therapy from February 2017 to February 2018 in our hospital were divided into observation group(38 cases)and control group(30 cases)by random number table method.The control group was given routine treatment after operation,while the observation group was treated with Xinshenghua Granule for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum TIMP-1 and PDGF in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the level of serum MMP-9 was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The uterine artery resistance index(RI)and pulsatility index(PI)in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,and the endometrial thickness was significantly thicker than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xinshenghua Granules combined with sodium hyaluronate is useful for intrauterine adhesions.
