水分胁迫对荔枝实生幼苗部分生理特性的影响

Study on changes of some physiological reactions related to Litchi seedlings under water stress

对淮枝、妃子笑、桂味 3个荔枝品种的实生幼苗在水分胁迫下叶片的叶绿素含量、相对含水量 (RWC)和相对电导率的变化进行了研究 .结果表明 ,在水分胁迫条件下 ,3个品种荔枝的叶绿素含量和相对含水量均下降 ,相对电导率则明显上升 .其中妃子笑的各种指标变化比较平缓 ,桂味次之 ,淮枝的变化最大 .3个品种中 ,妃子笑抗旱性最强 ,桂味次之 。

In this paper the resistance to drought of three Litchi ( Litch chinensis Sonn) varieties seedlings cultivated in Guangdong was studied. The results showed that the relative water content(RWC) ,relative permeability and chlorophy content in leaves of them could be reduced under water stress. Howerer, the drought resistance of Feizixiao was the strongest among them.
