摘要
通过对桶装饮用水生产企业生产线主要工艺环节的卫生学调查 ,探讨了成品水微生物污染原因及存放时间对产品质量的影响 ,找出关键控制点 ,为提高桶装水质量 ,加强卫生监督重点 。
The cause of microbiological contaminant of barrelled drinking water and the effect of store time on product quality is explored by surveying the key links in factory assembly line of barrelled drinking water so as to find the key control points,to improve the quality of barrelled drinking water,to enhance the focal points of health inspection,and to provide science basis.
