随着 2 1世纪的到来 ,我国传统医学教育的知识体系和培养模式已越来越难以适应现代医学发展和新时期群众对医疗服务的需求。因此 ,必须加强医学生整体素质培养 ,主要是思想道德素质、医学科学素质、人文文化素质、心理素质和身体素质这几个方面的重点培养 ,构建医学生新的知识体系和培养模式 ,以适应医学人才发展的需要。

The traditional medical training pattern and knowledge system will not fit the need of the development of modern medicine and medical service in the 21st century. Therefore it is necessary to strengthen the entirely quality education of the medical students especially in morality, medical science, humanity, mentality and body fitness. To construct a new training pattern and knowledge system for the medical students is necessary to keep up with the development of medical talent.
