兴宁市1995～2000年医疗单位消毒监测分析

The Analysis of the Sterilization Monitoring to the Medical Units of Xingning City from 1995 to 2000

目的 为了解兴宁市医疗单位消毒工作状况 ,进一步提高消毒质量 ,保障人民身体健康。方法 按照卫生部《消毒技术规范》开展消毒监测 ,兴宁市医疗单位 6年的消毒监测情况统计。结果 共采样 1180 8份 ,合格90 88份 ,总合格率 76 96 % ,其中消毒合格率较高的一次性使用注射器 10 0 % ,高压灭菌 99 18% ,消毒合格率较低的物体表面 6 4 19% ,空气细菌 4 1 81% ,市级医疗单位总合格率 88 2 9% ,镇级卫生院 78 0 7% ,卫生站 (所、室 )73 5 3%。结论 建立健全消毒管理制度 ,抓好各级医护人员卫生法规消毒知识培训和加强对医疗单位消毒监测管理工作是提高消毒质量的重要措施。

Objective To understand the sterilizing condition of some medical units of Xingning City, to further improve the sterilizing quality, and to ensure the people′s health. Methods Monitoring the sterilization condition according to the Ministry of Public Health's Standard of Sterilizing Technique. Statistics analysis of the sterilize monitoring of the medical units of Xingning City within the last 6 years.Results Sampling 11808 altogether, 9088 passed the sterilize monitoring measurement. The qualification rate is 76 96%, including the high passing rate of the onetime syringe (100%) , high pressure sterilization (99 18%), and the low passing rate of material surface (64 19%), and the air microbes (41 81%). The total qualification rate in the city medical units, town community hospitals and health clinics are 88 29%, 78 07% and 73 53%, respectively.Conclusion Establishing the perfect sterilizing management system, stressing the training of the rules of sterilizing knowledge to the doctors and nurses and strengthening the sterilizing monitor management to the medical units are the important measures to improve the sterilizing quality.
