部分肾切除加高磷饮食所致大鼠肾性骨病模型研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :探讨一种新的肾性骨病大鼠模型制作方法。方法 :采用 3/ 4肾切除加高磷饮食 6月动态观察肾功能、骨代谢指标及骨病理改变。结果 :模型组血尿素氮、肌酐、磷、甲状旁腺素进行性升高 ,钙进行性降低 ,骨代谢指标血清碱性磷酸酶、骨钙素、尿脱氧吡啶酚显著升高 ,骨病理改变与人肾性骨病相似。结论 :3/ Objective:To explore a new kind of method of making animal model of renal osteod strophy. Methods:Rats were 3/4 nephrectomized, Six months dynamic observation was done in the change of renal function, marks of bone metaboly and bone pathology. Results:Serum concentration of BUN、Cr、P、Ca、PTH、AKP、BGP and urinary DPD of model groups raised obviously, serum concentration of Ca was reduced, pathologic lesion of bone tissue was like with human. Conclusion: 3/4 nephrectomy combined with high dietary phosphorus is a ideal method of making rat model of renal osteodstrophy.
