涪陵旅游业转型升级路径探究——基于全域旅游的视角

A Research on the Paths for Fuling's Tourism Transformation and Upgrading——Based on The Global Tourism Perspective

大众旅游消费时代,能够克服传统景点旅游发展局限性的全域旅游应运而生,成为推动我国旅游业转型升级、提质增效的新举措。本文基于全域旅游视角,分析涪陵发展全域旅游的必要性、现实基础以及现实困境,提出通过全面促进全域旅游规划实现"多规合一"、全域打造"旅游+"经济模式、全力构建全域旅游开放发展新格局、全面加强全域旅游生态保护、全民共建共享全域旅游、旅游人才培养等实践路径,推动涪陵旅游业发展转型升级。

In the age of mass tourism consumption,there has arisen an all-for-one tourism,which can overcome the limitations of tourism development in traditional scenic spots,as is required by the times.It has become a new initiative to promote the transformation and upgrading of the tourism industry in China.From this perspective,this paper analyzes the necessity,realistic foundation and predicament of Fuling’s all-forone development and proposes that Fuling should integrate all-for-one planning into'multi-conformity',create a'tourism plus'economic model,construct a new pattern for global tourism opening development,comprehensively strengthen the ecological protection of all-for-one tourism,build and share it with all the people,and enhance the training of tourism talents,so as to promote the transformation and upgrading of Fuling’s tourism industry.
