在中国古代政治体制和政治模式中,"礼"和"乐"有着显著的地位和强烈的影响力。中国古代的政治,从某种意义上讲,是"礼乐政治"。在这种政治中的"行政",也许可以叫做"礼乐行政"。这种"礼乐型"的政治与行政中的礼乐,实质上可以视为政治或行政的"法定程序"或习惯程序。因此,认识中国古代政治和行政的礼乐特征或属性,实即认识中国古代法制的特殊意义上的"程序"特征。

In the politics systems & patterns of Ancient China,"Li"(礼)& Yue("乐")occupied a remarkable status and had a sharp impact.In some sense,the politics in Ancient China is a kind of"Li-yue"(礼乐)Politics. Traditional Chinese"administration"may be called as a"Li-yue"(礼乐) administration。The"Li"&"Yue"of traditional politics & administration may be seen virtually as a legal or customary procedure.Thus,it is same as recognition of the"Li-yue"features or attributes of Ancient China politics & administrative as understanding of the specific"procedure"feature of Accident China Law.
