近年来,人们对于中国传统法律文化的真实面貌多有误解,《图说中国法律史——守望和谐的法文明》一书则以一种通俗易懂的方式,对这种误解作了一个"澄清",该书用生动的图画向人们展示了中国古代法文明值得今人借鉴的一面,并且对中国法律史的阐释方式作了一番新的探索,尽管仍有"遗珠之憾",但其仍是法律史学人推动本学科发展的一次有益尝试。

In recent years,there are many misunderstandings about the true appearances of Chinese traditional legal culture.This book,"Diagrams to Illustrate the History of Chinese Law—Protecting and Ddeveloping Harmonious Legal Culture",tries to clarify these understandings in a simple way,pro- viding a worth-learning aspect of the ancient Chinese legal civilization,and furthermore,exploring a new way for the interpretation of the History of Chinese Laws.Although there're many omissions,it's still a beneficial attempt.
