《Tang legal code》is the outstanding representative of Chinese legal system.It is highly praised by later generations because of its high political wisdom and superb legislation technology.the Mingli Passage which is the guiding principles of the whole code,details every grades officials’privileges,procedure of privileges and exception circumstances,logically,clearly,completely,and thoughtfully.This paper analyzes the"discussion;application;decrease;redeeming;official pledge"and their relationship.Based on this,we can find out the order of criminal official’s privilege.
