《至正条格》研究管窥

Glimpse of the Research on"Zhizheng Tiao Ge"

颁布于元顺帝至正六年的《至正条格》是元代后期重要的法律文献。随着元朝灭亡,《至正条格》也逐渐失传。2002年,韩国发现《至正条格》残本,并于2007年将它公布。这对于元史和中国法制史研究意义重大。本文仅就其公布以来,学界围绕《至正条格》所展开的研究作一概述。

Zhizheng tiaoge was enacted by Emperor Shun Di in the 6th of the Zhizheng Period of Yuan Dynasty.With Yuan Empire given the overthrow,Zhizheng tiaoge also disappeared gradually.A partial transcription of it was discovered in Korea in 2002,and published in 2007,which is significant for the research of Yuan Dynasty and Chinese legal history.This article reviews the research that the scholars have done on this transcription since it was published.
