应用无痛分娩法镇痛128例临床分析

The clinical analysis of 128 cases on analgesia for painless labor

目的 :研究无痛分娩法用于分娩镇痛的疗效和对母婴的影响。方法 :随机将 2 5 6例产妇分为实验组和对照组 ,各 12 8例。对照组除不用无痛分娩法外 ,其他产科处理措施与实验组相同。观察比较两组的镇痛效果、产程时间、分娩方式、新生儿Apgar评分和产后出血量等。结果 :实验组潜伏期及活跃期的疼痛明显减轻 ,与对照组差异有高度显著性 (P <0 0 1) ;实验组的第 1产程和总产程时间短于对照组 (平均缩短约 2h ,P <0 0 5 ) ,并且不增加产后出血量及手术产率。结论 :无痛分娩法镇痛效果良好 ,对母婴无不良影响 ,安全、有效、简便。

Objective:To study the effect of analgesia for painless labor and its influence on mother and fetus.Method:256 primiparas were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group was given the same treatments as that in the experimental group except painless labor.The effect of analgestic labor,delivery process,delivery methods,Apgar scores,volume of postpartum hemorrhage and others were compared between the two groups.Result:Painless labor in the experimental group could significantly relieve labor pain in active phase and potential phase(P<0.01).The duration of first stage of labor and total stage of labor in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control one(P<0.05).Painless labor in the experimental group didnt increase the volume of postpartum hemorrhage and the ratio of operational delivery.Conclusion:Painless labor is efficient in labor and no side effects on both mother and fetus.It is safe,practicable method of analgestic labor and worthy of spreading in obstetrics.
