摘要
以湖南工程学院电器制造专业几年来专业建设与教学改革的探索与实践为例 ,探讨工程技术类专业人才培养的思路与途径。着重讨论了“人才培养”与“人才需求”、“专业”与“行业”、“培养方案”与“课程体系”之间的关系。
Based on the speciality construction and the teaching innovation of apparatus speciality in Hunan Institute of Engineering,this paper introduces the idea and the approach of cultivating talents in engineering & technology.The relations between talent cultivation and talent demand,speciality and industry as well as cultivaion project and course system are also disoussed.
