摘要
提出了一种测定甘氨酸含量的新的间接原子吸收光谱法。在pH9 0的Na2 B4 O7溶液中 ,Cu3(PO4 ) 2 悬浮液可与甘氨酸作用 ,生成溶于水的甘氨酸铜配合物 ,离心沉降未反应的铜盐后 ,以火焰原子吸收分光光度计测定上层清液中铜的原子吸收信号 ,可间接测定甘氨酸的量。方法的线性范围为 10~2 5 0 μg/ml,方法可应用于食品添加剂中甘氨酸的测定 ,加入回收试验测得的回收率在 95 6~ 10 3 5 %之间。
A new indirect method to determine glycine by flame atomic absorption spectrometry is reported in this paper. In Na 2B 4O 7 medium of pH9 0,the Cu 3(PO 4) 2 suspension reacts with glycine to form a soluble copper complex of glycine.The Cu 3(PO 4) 2 unreacted is precipitated by centrifuge and the copper in the upper solution is detected by FAAS.Thus the concentration of glycine can be detrmined indirectly.The linear range of the method is 10-250 μg/ml.The method can be applied to the determination of glycine in some food additives.The recovery of the method is 95.6~103.5%.
