摘要
目的观察低能量He-Ne激光对Alzheimer病的疗效并探讨其可能的机制。方法对47例Alzheimer病患者进行低能量He-Ne激光脑定向治疗。在观察痴呆征象改善的同时检测血浆褪黑素的变化。结果治疗后患者痴呆征象明显改善。褪黑素由治疗前的(43.45±2.90)ng/L增高到(57.68±5.80)ng/L(P<0.01)。治疗组的简明智力检查量表评分由治疗前的19.61±3.31增高到治疗后的22.29±4.19。韦克斯勒记忆量表评分由32.11±8.30增高到47.12±4.11,治疗前后有显著性差异。结论低能量He-Ne激光对Alzheimer病患者有较好的治疗作用。其治疗可能是通过影响褪黑素的变化而起作用的。
Objective To observe the curative effects and the possible mechanism in the treatment of Alzheimer disease with hypoenergy He-Ne laser.Methods The47cases were treated with hypoenergy He -Ne laser through brain orientation while observing the improvement of dementia symptoms of Alzheimers diseases;the changes of the melatonin of plasma were detected.Results The symptom of Alzheimer disease were improved obviously after the treatment and the level of melatonin was strikingly heightened to(57.68±5.80)ng /L compared to that before,(43.45±2.90)ng /L.MMSE was raised from19.61±3.31(before treatment)to22.29±4.19(after treatment),and WMS from32.11±8.30to47.12±4.11,from which significant differences could be seen (P<0.01).Conclusion Hypoenergy He -Ne laser would improve the symptoms of Alzheimer by affecting the changes of melatonin.
