目的调查健康人尿液细胞定量分析参考值范围。方法用美国DiaSysR/S2003尿沉渣工作站,随机检测376名健康人非离心尿液标本,对尿液细胞进行定量分析,以百分位数法计算尿液中红细胞、白细胞的参考值范围。结果红细胞:男性为0～2个/μl,女性为0～3个/μl。年龄组测值差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),但男女性别间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。白细胞:男性为0～4个/μl,女性为0～10个/μl。各年龄组间测值差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),但男女性别间差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论该调查确定的参考值,可作为非离心尿液标本细胞定量分析临床应用的参考依据。

Objective To investigate the reference value of urinary cells' quantitive analysis from health person.Methods The376health persons were choosed random,and their urinary cells were analysed quantitively through American Diasys R/S2003urine sediments work-station.The reference values of urinary erythrocytes and leukocytes were made with percentile.Results Urinary erythrocytes:0-2μl in male and0-3μl in female,there were no significant difference on the aged groups(P>0.05),but were significant difference between male and female(P<0.05).Urinary leukocytes:0～4/μl in male and0～10/μl in female,there were no significant difference on the aged groups(P>0.05),but were significant difference between male and female(P<0.01).Conclusion The reference value of urine can provide a basis for urinary cells examination and clinical utilization.
