上斜肌减弱手术在A-型斜视治疗中的作用

目的 探讨上斜肌减弱手术在 A-型斜视的治疗作用。方法 收集和统计了 2 a住院手术 A-型斜视 35例的临床特征和手术情况 ,男 1 7例 ,女 1 8例 ,年龄 5～ 2 5岁 ,平均 2 1岁。结果 本组中 ,34例 67眼有上斜肌功能亢进 ,30例60眼做了双眼上斜肌减弱术 ,4例做单眼上斜肌减弱术 ,手术后 35例 A-征消失 ,31例 (88.6% )眼位获得正位矫正 (水平斜度≤ 5°)。结论 上斜肌功能亢进是 A-型斜视主要特征。矫正

Objective To investigate the treatment effect of weakening superior oblique muscle for A pattern strabismus.Methods The clinical features and types of surgeries of 35 cases of A pattern strabismus admitted in Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center were analyzed, including 17 males and 18 females.Their agesranged from 5～25 years,averaging 21 years.Results 67 eyes of 34 cases had SOOA,and 64 eye of 34 cases undergone weakening procedure of SO(30 cases bilateral SO;and 4 cases unilateral SO).64 eyes of 34 cases had normal action of SO after surgery.A pattern in all 35 cases disappeared,and31 cases(88.6%) had normal alignment(horizontal strabismus less than 5 degrees).Conclusion The SOOA was the main feature of A pattern strabismus.Weakening procedure of SO was important to correct the A pattern strabismus.The horizontal devition could be corrected by the procedure of medial or lateral rectus muscle.
