摘要 介绍了变长线扫描激光烧结成型技术的基本原理 .建立了树脂基复合成型材料变长线扫描激光烧结过程温度场的数学模型 ,利用有限元方法进行了数值计算 .并对烧结过程温度场进行了实验测量 ,以验证模拟计算结果 . The technology of length alterable line scanning laser sintering is introduced .A numerical model of temperature field during length alterable line scanning laser sintering of resin based prototyping composites has been constructed. The calculations of numerical model have been conducted by the using of Finite Element Method(FDM).The temperature field during laser sintering was measured to verify the calculated results.
