摘要
试验研究了镍渣取代石膏作水泥缓凝剂时对水泥物理力学性能和外加剂适应性的影响。研究结果表明:当镍渣以一定比例取代石膏时,水泥的凝结时间正常、体积安定性合格,标准稠度用水量与石膏相比变化不大,制备的水泥28d强度满足P·O42.5要求。当石膏与镍渣的比例为1∶2时,减水剂掺量为水泥的5‰时,所制备的P·O42.5水泥性能较好。
The influences of Nickle slag on physical and mechanical properties and compatability between admixture and cement were studied.The results showed that,the Nickel slag has little effect on setting time and soundness of the cement,water requirements of the cement when replacing gypsum with different proportions,the mortar 28 d strength satisfies the requirements of P·O 42.5.When nickle and gypsum was 1∶2,additive content of cementitious material is 5‰,the cement has a good performance.
