聚合物机制砂改性水泥混凝土路用性能分析 被引量:2

摘要 机制砂可以有效替代河砂作为混凝土细骨料,为了分析聚合物机制砂改性水泥混凝土的路用性能,制备了不同聚合物添加的试验样品,开展了室内抗压强度、抗弯拉强度、单位面积磨损量、干缩率和渗水高度等混凝土路用性能测试,分析了聚合物掺加对混凝土路用性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:(1)试样抗压强度随着聚合物掺量的增大出现了先减小后增大的规律;(2)试样的抗弯拉强度随聚合物掺量的增大而增大;(3)聚合物添加可以有效减小混凝土的磨损量和干缩率;(4)聚合物添加可以有效减低混凝土的渗透性。 Manufactured sand can effectively replace river sand as fine aggregate concrete.In order to analyze the sand mechanism of polymer modified cement concrete road performance,test samples were prepared by adding variable polymer.The tests of indoor compressive strength,flexural and tensile strength,wear per unit area,dry shrinkage and seepage height were carried out.The influence of polymer admixture on pavement performance of concrete was analyzed.The results show that:1)the compressive strength of the sample decreases first and then increases with the increase of the polymer content;2)the bending and tensile strength of the sample increases with the increase of the polymer content;3)polymer addition can effectively improve the wear and shrinkage of concrete;4)polymer addition can effectively reduce the permeability of concrete.
