摘要
制备不同煤矸石替代粗骨料的混凝土样品,测试其密度、抗压强度、弹性模量和导热系数,并建立了数值计算模型研究煤矸石保温混凝土构成的剪力墙结构的保温性能。研究结果表明:(1)煤矸石保温混凝土的密度、导热系数与煤矸石替换率呈线性关系;(2)煤矸石保温混凝土的抗压强度、弹性模量和煤矸石替换率呈指数衰减关系;(3)在相同条件下,煤矸石保温钢筋混凝土剪力墙的能耗量要比标准混凝土小约30%。
Concrete samples with variable coal gangue instead of coarse aggregate were made.Its density,compressive strength,elastic modulus and coefficient of thermal conductivity were tested.It established a numerical model study on heat preservation performance of concrete shear wall structure consisting of coal gangue thermal reinforced concrete.The results show that:1)there is a linear relationship between density,thermal conductivity and replacement rate of gangue heat preservation and protection coagulated soil;2)there is an exponential attenuation relationship between the compressive strength,elastic modulus and the replacement rate of gangue heat preservation and protection coagulated soil;3)under the same conditions,the energy consumption of gangue insulation reinforced concrete shear wall is about 30%less than that of standard concrete.
