摘要 介绍了粉末冶金技术的特点及其在汽车零部件制造中的优势,综述了粉末冶金铁基新材料和铝合金新材料的开发与应用,重点总结了注射成形和增材制造技术特点及在汽车零部件中的应用,对这些新材料和新技术的应用前景进行了展望。 The characteristics of powder metallurgy technology and its advantages in auto parts manufacturing were introduced.The development and applications of new iron-base materials and aluminum alloy materials for powder metallurgy were reviewed.Specially,the characteristics of injection molding and additive manufacturing technology were summarized,and their applications in automotive parts were introduced.Prospects for the application of these new materials and new technologies were presented.
