摘要
通过改变Cu、石墨成分比例,研究Fe-Cu-C含油轴承的摩擦性能,获得一定工作条件下轴承配方;通过加入MoS2作为固体润滑剂,进一步优化配方,提高轴承的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:Fe-22.0Cu-1.5C成分的含油轴承极限PV值最高,Fe-16.0Cu-1.5C成分的含油轴承摩擦因数最低;在Fe-22.0Cu-1.5C含油轴承中加入2.0%MoS2时,可有效改善含油轴承的摩擦性能。
The friction performance of Fe-Cu-C oil-bearing is studied by changing the composition ratio of Cu and graphite,and the bearing formula under certain working conditions has been obtained.MoS2 is added as solid lubricant to further optimize the formula and improve the friction and wear performance of the bearing.The results show that the limiting PV value of oil-bearing with Fe-22.0 Cu-1.5 C component is the highest,and the friction coefficient of oil-bearing with Fe-16.0 Cu-1.5 C component is the lowest.When 2.0%MoS2 is added to Fe-22.0 Cu-1.5 C oil bearing,the friction performance of the oil bearing can be effectively improved.
