聚甲醛基17-4PH不锈钢喂料流变性能的研究 被引量:2

Study on rheological properties of polyoxymethylene 17-4PH stainless steel feedstocks

摘要 采用PH-7D毛细管流变仪分析3种流动助剂对聚甲醛基17-4PH不锈钢喂料流变性能的影响。结果表明,3种喂料均为假塑性流体,喂料的流变性能与流动助剂的选取有关,且在温度185℃、剪切速率965/s的条件下,聚甲醛基粘结剂体系中加入流动助剂PTHF的喂料,其非牛顿指数n、黏流活化能E和综合流变学因子αSTV分别为0.387、21.49 kJ/mol、2.364×10^-4,具有更佳的综合流变性能。 The effects of three kinds of flow addition reagent on the rheological properties of POM based 17-4 PH stainless steel feed were analyzed by PH-7 D capillary rheometer.The results show that three kinds of feedstocks are pseudoplastic fluid,the selection of flow addition reagent influence the rheological properties of feedstocks,and at the temperature of 185℃,the shear rate of 965/s,the feedstock which adding flow addition reagent PTHF in POM based binder system presents a better comprehensive rheological property while the non-Newton index n,the viscous flow activation energy E and the comprehensive rheological indexαSTVare 0.387,21.49 kJ/mol and 2.364×10^-4.
