摘要
用3因素3水平正交试验研究了烧结温度、保温时间和烧结压力3个工艺条件对粒度约为500 nm Cu-Fe-Sn-Ni四元铜基结合剂预合金粉性能的影响;测试了不同烧结工艺条件下的试样的密度、抗弯强度和硬度,用扫描电子显微镜观察试样的断口形貌。结果表明,各个因素对试样性能的影响程度不同,最优工艺参数组合为烧结温度820℃、保温时间5 min、烧结压力25 MPa,此时样品性能最佳,密度为8.21 g/cm^3、抗弯强度为1 335 MPa、硬度为112.5HRB;试样断面扫描电镜结果显示,在最佳的烧结条件下,试样最致密且粉体之间结合最好。
The effects of sintering temperature,holding time and sintering pressure on the properties of Cu-Fe-SnNi quaternary Cu-based pre-alloyed powder with particle size of about 500 nm were studied by three-factor and three-level orthogonal experiments.The density,flexural strength and hardness of the samples under different sintering conditions were tested,and the samples were observed by scanning electron microscope.The results show that the influence of various factors on the properties is different,the best mechanical properties is obtained under the temperature 820℃,pressure 25 MPa and holding time 5 min,and its mechanical properties of the density,the bending strength and the hardness are 8.21 g/cm^3,1 335 MPa and 112.5 HRB,respectively.Under the bonding condition,the sample is the densest and the bonding between the powders is the best.
