摘要
基于粉体喂料3D打印机成形技术,通过螺杆螺旋输送颗粒状金属-高分子材料产生压力,推动物料挤出喷嘴,再通过切片软件处理导入到粉体喂料3D打印机,在打印平台上层层堆积形成坯体结构,经脱脂-烧结工艺得到制品。在N2、N2+H2、真空3种不同的气氛下进行烧结,对金属制品的致密度、屈服强度、硬度、伸长率、烧结密度、相对密度产生影响,结果表明真空烧结气氛对金属制品的致密度、烧结密度、伸长率、硬度较好,N2、N2+H2气氛下烧结的金属制品硬度较好,但容易产生缺陷,导致坯体损坏。
Based on the powder feeding 3D printer forming technology,the particles are pressed into the screwscrew conveyor to generate pressure-extrusion material extrusion nozzles,which are then processed by the slicing software and transferred to the powder feeding 3D printer on the upper layer of the printing platform.The stacked body is formed into a green body structure,and then the product is obtained through a degreasing-sintering process.In the sintering process,three different atmospheres,N2,N2+H2,and vacuum,are introduced to influence the density,yield strength,hardness,elongation,sintering density,and relative density of the metal body.Experiments show that the vacuum sintering atmosphere is good for the density,sintered density,elongation,and hardness of the metal products.And N2 and N2+H2 atmospheres have good effects for the hardness of metal products,but products are easy to be damaged.
