摘要
采用浸渍法制备一系列Mn-Ce/AC催化剂,通过改变不同的锰铈比考察其催化性能。分别采用热重分析、BET及XRD测其失重曲线、物理性质及晶型,以寻找具有最佳锰铈比例的催化剂。结果表明:添加锰铈混合物后活性炭的亲水性增强,失重百分数增加;Ce的添加可以降低MnOx在活性炭上的聚集程度;当Mn/Ce为0.5时,其催化性能优于纯锰负载的催化剂,催化效果最佳,达到90.4%。
A series of Mn-Ce/AC catalysts were prepared by impregnation method,and their properties were investigated by changing the ratio of Mn/Ce.Thermogravimetric analysis,BET and XRD were used to determine the weight loss curves,physical properties and crystalline forms of the catalysts,in order to find the catalyst with the best ratio of active Mn/Ce.The results show that the hydrophilicity of activated carbon increased and the weight loss percentage increased with the addition of Mn-Ce mixture;the addition of Ce could reduce the aggregation of MnOx on activated carbon;when Mn/Ce was 0.5,the catalytic performance was the best,reaching 90.4%.
