提锌尾渣经过破碎、球磨、磁选等预处理后,可得到MFe(金属铁)达到45%以上的铁精矿,再将铁精矿经过二次球磨、一次磁选、一次摇选、烘烤,得到各项指标都满足标准的还原用铁粉,并送样品进行钛白粉生产还原试验,得到用户的认可。

After the pretreatment of zinc tail slags by crushing,ball milling and magnetic separation,the iron concentrate with MFe of more than 45%can be obtained.Then the iron concentrate is subjected to secondary ball milling,primary magnetic separation,primary rolling and baking.The iron powder for reduction which all the indexes meet the standard can be obtained.The samples are sent for the reduction test of titanium dioxide powder production,which is approved by the users.
