大数据时代知识产权公众服务系统建设研究

Research on the Construction of Intellectual Property Public Service System in the Era of Big Data

在信息技术迅猛发展的今天,以数据为载体,建立逻辑集中,资源共享的互联网协同大数据平台成为时代的主题,而扩大知识产权服务已成为实施创新驱动发展的基石。本文基于大数据时代,通过分析国内外知识产权信息服务概况,结合我国知识产权服务现状,从渠道获取、资源建设、系统管理等方面对知识产权公众服务系统平台的建设提出相关对策,进而提升知识产权服务经济科技的能力,助力于公众乃至于整个社会的创新、创业热情。

With the rapid development of information technology,taking data as carrier to establish logic centralization and resource sharing platform for the internet together big data has become the theme of the times; and expanding intellectual property services has become the cornerstone of innovation driven development. Based on the era of big data in this paper,by analyzing the general situation of intellectual property information service both at home and abroad,together with the present situation of our country intellectual property services,putting forward relevant countermeasures from the channels of access,resource construction,system management and other aspects of the construction of the intellectual property,to increase the economic ability of science and technology,and help the public and the whole society innovation and entrepreneurship enthusiasm.
