Along with the rapid development of information technology, its influence on the educational reformation of universities has become more and more profound. For educational personnel, information technology has brought about open state of mind, free knowledge, and novel methods of teaching. Meanwhile, however, it has also brought about tremendous transformation on the content of education, method of teaching, means of instruction, form of organization, as well as the defining of the role of educators.
