WTO and the Combination of The Three Resources of University Journals

加入WTO不仅给中国带来经济运行方式的变革,也带来意识形态的变革,包括教育、出版业在内的变革。面对WTO对出版业产生的影响,高校学报必须有一个清醒的认识,对核心资源即知识资源、人力资源、组织资源实施重新整合,因为整合出效能,只有重整才能确保其办刊思路和模式与国际接轨。

Joining WTO not only brings about changes in the mode of economic operation, it also initiates changes in ideology, including changes in education and in the industry of publication. Confronted with the influence produced by WTO on the industry of publication, editors of university journals should have sober understanding. They should readjust and combine the nuclear resources of university journals, namely, the resources of information, manpower, and organization. Adjustment and combination can produce efficiency. Only by readjustment can we ensure the connection of our mode of administration and train of thought with international requirements.
