摘要
邓小平法制思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分,是对马列主义、毛泽东思想的继承与发展。邓小平提出了“走自己的路,建设有中国特色社会主义”的科学论断,开创了我国社会主义法治建设的新时期。以江泽民同志为核心的第三代领导集体提出了“依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家”和“以德治国”基本方略,与时俱进地丰富和发展了邓小平法制思想。
As an important part of his theory, Deng Xiaoping' s ideology of legal system succeeded and developed Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong ideology. He explicitly advanced a scientific thesis that is going our own way and building the Chinese-featured Socialism, which opened a new epoch of our socialist legal construction. The fundamental policy of building a socialist country ruled by law and by virtue proposed by the Party' s third leading group led by President Jiang Zemin enriches and develops Deng Xiaoping' s legal ideology.
