In the activities of enterprise acquisition and merger, price negotiation is a key link. Also it is a focus of bargain between parties. In negotiations, 'the advantage of patience', 'offer advantage', 'counter offer advantage', and 'shrewd acceptance'--these principles should be followed to gain more profits.
