摘要
基于以往人们的研究 ,探讨了在新世纪的时代背景下教师心理素质面临的挑战 ,分析了人们对教师心理素质内涵与结构的已有认识 。
Based on previous studies, this paper discusses the challenges to which the primary and secondary school teachers' mental qualities confront in the century. It analyzes various perspectives about the teachers' mental qualities' connotation and structure, and introduces the educational effects of a teacher sound mental quality.
