课程改革是当前教育改革的主要核心。它包括对课程结构、课程设置及其比例 (即必修课与选修课、限定性选修与非限定性选修 )、教材编写等内容的改革。拟从选修课和选修课教材建设的角度 ,结合歌唱艺术语言基本技巧课的教学实际 ,论述选修课对学生个性的发展、知识结构的完善及素质的提高所起的作用。

It's the major concern of the education reform a the present time to improve the courses, which includes he improvement in course structure, the make up of teaching materials, the cumulus and the proportion between compulsory courses and optional courses, required optional and free optional and the like as well. This paper discusses how optional courses influence the building of the students' character, the improvement of their knowledge structure and personality by taking into account the teaching practice of the basic skills in the art language of singing from the point of view of optional courses and the building of its teaching materials. In the meantime, it appeals to administrative departments at all levels to pay due attentions to the matters.
