激光氮化制备铁氮化合物的研究及应用 被引量:5

摘要 利用激光氮化方法 (LN方法 )对铁氮化合物的制备进行了研究 ,并在此基础上对取向硅钢表面进行了局域激光氮化处理。利用XPS光电子能谱对样品进行了检测分析。结果表明 ,在一定的工艺参数下 (激光功率、扫描速度等 )可实现铁氮化合 ,形成铁氮化合物。选取合适的扫描速度 ,扫描间距及N2 束流对取向硅钢表面进行激光氮化处理后 ,在取向硅钢表面生成了铁氮化合物。利用磁畴观测装置进行观测发现 ,激光氮化处理后 ,取向硅钢的磁畴明显细化 ,从而可以降低取向硅钢的铁损。 The preparation of Fe N compound has been studied with laser nitridation method,based on it,local laser nitridation on the oriented silicon steel has been achieved.The samples have been analysed with XPS method.The results show that Fe N compounds can be formed under some parameters(laser power,scan speed etc.).Fe N compounds can be achieved on the surface of grain oriented silicon steel by controlling scan speed,scan space and N 2 velocity.The observations with domain observation equipment show that domain of the grain oriented silicon steel has been refined after the nitridation treatment,therefore,the total loss of grain oriented silicon steel can be decreased.
