摘要 研究不同实验条件对熔石英和白宝石激光损伤阈值和损伤形貌的影响 ,获得了一些有用的实验结果 ,对相应的损伤机理作了分析。同时对熔石英的抗激光加固也进行了研究。结果表明 ,激光预辐照和酸侵蚀处理使熔石英的激光损伤阈值分别提高 70 %和 80 The effect of different experiment conditions on the damage thresholds and damage morphologies of fused silica and sapphire are investigated. In addition, strengthened laser damage strength of fused silica is studied. Experimental results show that the laser damage thresholds of fused silica after laser pre-irradiation and acid etching treatment are increased by a factor of 70% and 80%, respectively.
