论西部地区绿色食品产业发展 被引量:5

摘要 在对国内外绿色食品产业的发展过程及现状回顾的基础上 ,从自然资源、环境、政策、劳动力及市场前景等方面分析了中国西部地区发展绿色食品产业的优势 ,认为西部地区发展绿色食品产业应加强生态环境建设 ,加大科技开发力度 ,选择优势发展项目 ,建立多元投入机制 ,搞好绿色产品的深加工 ,规范产地环境监测和产品质量检测技术 。 This paper reviewed the development of green food industry in China and foreign countries, analyzed the advantages for developing green food industry in West China from the following aspect, such as nature resources, environment, policy, labor force and the market potentiality. Based on the analysis of the potential advantages, the fundamental measures for developing green food industry in West China were brought forward: strengthen environment construction, exploit new technology, select preponderant items, establish multi investment mechanism, promote the deep processing of green products, standardize the quality monitoring technology for environment and products, thus accelerate the development of green food industry in West China.
