经济全球化的发展推动了金融服务贸易的自由化进程,我国已经加入世界贸易组织,这意味着我们将严格按照我国的承诺逐步开放金融市场,严格遵守《金融服务贸易协定》的规则。面对加入世贸后日益激烈的竞争,如何充分利用《服务贸易总协定》和《金融服务贸易协定》的规则和有利条件,做好我国金融改革,促进我国金融机构的良性运作,推动我国的金融服务贸易的发展以促进经济增长具有重要的意义。

The development of globalization of economy stimulates the liberalization of trade in financial ser- vices,and we have entered the WTO,which means that we not only must own our financial market step by step according to our promise strictly,and comply with the regulation of the Agreement On Trade In Financial Service,but have to face more competition.It makes a difference in the growth of economy for us to reform the financial system and create a good environment for their operation to promote the development of trade in financial services.
