摘要 人才资源是经济发展最重要的资源,也是广东省经济发展的重要支撑力量。然而,目前广东省人才资源的整体结构不合理。"入世"的到来,将加剧人才资源的供需矛盾,人才的结构性失衡与结构性短缺将更加凸现。因此,必须从战略的高度来认识调整人才资源结构的意义。本文拟通过对广东省人才资源结构的现状分析,探讨调整人才资源结构的对策。 Human resources are the most important resources of economic development,and they are also the holding strength of economic development of GuangDong province.However,now the whole structure of hu- man resources of GuangDong is unadvisable.To enter to WTO will lead to more conflicts between need and supply of human resources,and the problem of structural unbalance of human resources will appear.There- fore,we should realize the meaning of adjusting human resources structure from a strategic point.This article is going to pursue the corresponding measures of adjusting human resources through analyzing the state of hu- man resources of GuangDong province.
