Change among Assets Speciality, Industry Organization and Control Industry An Interpretation of the Lag in Japan's Control Industry Transformation

本文从资产专用性角度分析日本产业组织的特征 ,并对日本主导产业转换滞后的原因及日本经济持续低迷的主要因素作出解释。日本产业组织的特征是 ,日本相关企业组成企业集团来维持长期性交易关系 ,而企业内部的制度安排则是终身雇佣制。这些制度安排曾经有力地推动了日本战后经济的恢复和腾飞。但到了 2 0世纪 90年代却成为日本主导产业变更的障碍 ,致使主导产业转换滞后。

By analyzing the feature of Japan's industry organization in assets speciality, this article explains the causes of the lag in its control industry and the main causes of the constant drop in Japanese economy. The feature of Japanese industry organization is that the Japanese enterprise group composed of correlated enterprises maintains long-term trade relation while the internal system arrangement of the enterprise is of life-long employment. This arrangement once forcefully put forward the recovery and boom of Japanese post-war economy. But it has become the obstacle in the transformation of Japanese control industry since the 90s of the 20th century. The Japanese economy will meet with a slow and bitter structure adjustment.
