Comparative Analysis of the Resources Position of the Different Ownership Enterprises

我国不同所有制企业优势互补、共同发展 ,但它们的资源位有着明显差异。总体上讲 ,三资企业的资源位水平高于国有和民营企业。因此我国经济发展应重视几个问题 ,其中包括 :按照“公开、公平、公正”的市场原则 ,调整制度和政策取向 ;推进公平竞争的金融市场格局的形成 ;大力推进技术创新和技术进步 ;加快现代企业制度建设 。

The different ownership enterprises have their superiorities as complementing one another and co development, but their resources positions have apparent difference. Generally, the resources position levels of three capital owned enterprises are much higher than that of the state owned and the civil owned enterprises. Therefore, in order to develop our economy, some questions should be taken seriously, including: to regulate the direction of the system and policy according to the market principles of'open, equitableness, fair and square'; to promote the formation of the finance market pattern of fair competition; to vigorously promote technological innovation and progress; to speed up the construction of modern enterprise system and complete its operation mechanism.
